BEFORE I COMMENCE TO TYPE THIS TRANSCRIPT, I WISH TO SAY THAT I WAS BURSTING WITH PRIDE AND UNDERSTANDING AT EACH WORD KEITH SAID IN THIS INTERVIEW!...I HAD TEARS ROLLING DOWN MY FACE!....

Started with "somebody like you" film clip, but had the overlay song, of sunburned country playing loud.
next scene: Keith and Olivia sitting close together in the sound recording studio.
( Keith was looking down at the ground as Olivia spoke, looking very humble)

OLIVIA:
When I was looking for partners for this studio album Im doing, called 2, Keith came to mind Cause he is very talented, and it was a great opportunity to sing, and he was kind enough to say he would! ..... !!NUMBER 1 THAT HE IS.!
(Keith gives a cute grin and looks up)
KEITH:
Ohh mate!! you can't say no to livvy, you have to do it, she is the best!
(Keith reaches his arm around her neck and pulls her closes to hug her)

OLIVIA:
When this album came about, of course I thought country! we want a country singer on here, So I thought keith would be great! I found his number, so I called him, and he said "he's love too" and I was realy thrilled, because he is a big star now, and I thought maybe he wouldn't be able to, or wanted too... or something??
So he happened to be coming to L.A. a week after I called him. So I said "why don't we get together and try and write something?"
So he came to my house, we tossed about idea's and he happened to be reading this book at the time. SUNBURNED COUNTRY!!!!, I had read the book, well half of it, and we were laughing about the funny things that came out of being Australian were- THE IDIOSYNCRASY!!!, of being an Aussie, when you read the book you just crack up!!
(scene shows Keith and Livvy in recording studio singing the song and the band...NOT KEITH'S NORMAL BAND! the song was recorded at the Soul Kitchen Nashville)

KEITH:
Well first of all we were trying to think what we should sing together, because , "I dunno what do you do in a duet? you know?..... So we both talked about the fact we live away from Australia now, But we both have this real love for Australia.
And the fact that I have this great feeling when talking to Livvy, because she has the accent!!! You hear the accent and you just light up!
We wanted to write about the things we love about Australia. And I think for me at least, the things I have come to love even more, being away!
We looked at it as our mother, we looked at Australia like our mum!!!!
Then the song took on a different type of meaning. I think your home country does that to you. You know she raises you a certain way. And you go off into the world, I felt like I left home when I left Australia. I went out into world ya know, and hopefully Australia raised me right, I think she did!! IM VERY PROUD!!!!
(they played the rest of the song sunburned country, while playing it, they showed snippets of keith and olivia in the studio, and keith smiling and laughing, and goofing around. eating chips or something from a packet)

Then it moved onto Olivia hugging all the people that appeared on her (2) album while the song played.... mainly at the part where the songs says, " I LOVE ALL THE PEOPLE"
song finishes with Olivia walking with the scene of the harbour bridge and banksia trees in the background... then the credits rolled!..

The first track Sunburned Country with Keith Urban really caught my attention with its electric guitar opening. It's an empowering tune about the love of their homeland down under. It makes you want to visit!

Not to many songs come along that send shivers up my spine like "I will be right there" does. This is the best song on the album, although "Never far away" is a close second.

Some songs work better than others. 'Sunburnt Country' is a great uptempo contemporary folk/rock song which highlights both Olivia and Keith Urban's ear for a melody

On the upside, Olivia can be proud of "Sunburned Country." This has great sales potential on the singles charts in Australia and the US, despite the Australian-only references in the lyrics.

Olivia is sounding better than ever, and has put together duets with the creme de'le creme of Aussie (and US) artists on this CD! It's clear this was a labor of love for her. From rockers to ballads, light & fun to duets with artists from beyond the grave! Stand-out tracks... Well, ALL OF THEM, but "Sunburned Country" with Keith Urban would have to be a favorite.
